Target Management Indicators

Our group had formulated a three-year medium-term management plan covering the fiscal years starting from FY2025 (ending March 2026). In the final year of this plan, the fiscal year ending March 2028, we aim to achieve 600 billion yen of net sales, 82 billion yen of operating profit , and 10% of ROE or higher.

Medium- to Long-Term Management Strategy and Key Issues to be addressed


In our Group’s three-year Medium-Term Management Plan starting from the fiscal year ending March 2026, we have established our fundamental strategies.Through promoting both “Continuity and Succession” and “Transformation and Evolution”, we will work to enhance our corporate value in both customer and capital markets.
And we will implement initiatives that make all of our stakeholders smile.
